Foundations

Term 1 establishes a rigorous foundation in real estate, positioning it as both a business discipline and a socio-economic system, with focus on development processes, land assembly, and the Indian regulatory environment. It equips students with a working understanding of legal frameworks, including contracts, development regulations, and land acquisition. Analytical and managerial capabilities are developed through coursework in accounting, financial markets, statistics, and real estate economics.

Eligibility & Entrance

Applicants must hold a recognised bachelor’s degree (minimum 3 years) with at least 50% marks (45% for reserved categories), following a 10+2 or equivalent pathway. Candidates with CGPA/grades will be assessed using standardised conversion norms. A valid score in CAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA, MAT, GMAT, or CUET is required.

Selection Process

It is based on a comprehensive evaluation of a candidate’s academic track record, demonstrated aptitude, and overall profile, including co-curricular engagement and diverse experiences. Applicants will undergo a Personal Interview (PI) to assess communication, intent, and program fit.
