Minimum Eligibility:

Qualifications, experience, and eligibility shall broadly align with applicable AICTE/UGC norms; however, exceptional candidates from industry and interdisciplinary domains may be considered based on overall merit and institutional requirements.

Assistant Professor

Ph.D. from a reputed institution with an outstanding academic record. Candidates with exceptional industry expertise or strong research potential may also be considered. Candidates who are close to finally defending their PhD dissertation are welcome to apply.

Associate Professor

Ph.D. with an outstanding academic record. Minimum 6 years of experience in teaching, research, consulting, policy, or industry leadership preferably as an Assistant Professor. Industry engagement and funded projects are highly desirable.

Professor

Ph.D. with an outstanding academic record. Minimum 10 years of experience in teaching, research, consulting, policy, or industry leadership preferably as an associate professor, with demonstrated scholarly contributions.

Professor of Practice/Visiting Professor / Adjunct Faculty

Senior industry/policy professionals with substantial leadership experience in real estate, infrastructure, consulting, architecture, finance, or urban development. (Ph.D. relaxation applicable based on outstanding professional achievements)

About the Role

The Senior Academic Advisor at Gremi will play a pivotal role in driving student enrolment, managing prospective student engagement, and strengthening the university’s admissions pipeline. The role requires a highly structured, target-oriented professional with strong counselling skills, CRM proficiency, and experience in education sales and outreach operations.

The incumbent will represent the university at the front line of student interaction — ensuring seamless conversion from enquiry to admission while upholding institutional standards and brand credibility.

 

Responsibilities

  • Student Counselling & Conversions
    • Conduct telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face counselling sessions with prospective students and parents.
    • Provide detailed guidance on academic programs, especially real estate and built-environment focused courses.
    • Understand candidate profiles and recommend suitable programs.
    • Drive end-to-end conversion from enquiry to enrolment.
  • SCRM & Admission Funnel Management
    • Manage and update CRM systems with complete and accurate lead data.
    • Track enquiry lifecycle from lead generation to admission confirmation.
    • Ensure timely follow-ups on inbound and outbound leads.
    • Generate and monitor application forms and admission documentation.
  • Tele-Calling & Inbound Management
    • Handle ongoing inbound calls professionally.
    • Conduct structured outbound follow-up calls.
    • Maintain daily call logs and conversion reports.
  • Admission Process Coordination
    • Assist candidates in application form filling and documentation.
    • Maintain admission sheets and enrolment data.
    • Coordinate with academic and finance teams for smooth onboarding.
    • Ensure compliance with institutional admission policies.
  • Outreach & Event Participation
    • Represent the university at education fairs, career exhibitions, and outreach events.
    • Support planning and execution of admission-related events and seminars.
    • Assist in event management activities including coordination, student registration, and lead capture.
  • Reporting & Targets
    • Achieve monthly and annual admission targets.
    • Submit daily/weekly MIS reports on lead status and conversions.
    • Track performance metrics and improve conversion ratios.

 

Qualifications

A Master’s degree with 2–6 years of experience in admissions, education counselling, or academic sales is required; experience in higher education or professional programs is preferred, and exposure to handling premium or executive-level programs will be an added advantage.

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, LeadSquared, Zoho, or similar tools.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for the CEO. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the CEO’s behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the CEO with any necessary meeting preparations.

Qualifications
