Assistant Professor

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Design & Digital Media Executive to manage GREMI’s visual identity and online presence. This is a dual-charter role combining hands-on design work with digital marketing execution — ideal for someone who can conceptualize a creative and also drive its performance across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

  • Design marketing collaterals including brochures, posters, banners, admission campaign creatives, social media posts, and event materials
  • Create presentation decks, certificates, signage, and other institutional branding material
  • Maintain consistency with GREMI’s brand guidelines (colors, fonts, logo usage) across all materials
  • Edit photos and videos for social media, website, and promotional use

Digital Marketing

  • Plan and execute social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube)
  • Manage content calendar and ensure timely posting of creatives and campaigns
  • Run and monitor paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) for admissions and events
  • Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, leads) and prepare periodic reports
  • Manage and update the institute’s website content as needed
  • Coordinate with admissions/academic teams to align marketing content with enrollment cycles and events

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong portfolios may also apply)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva; basic video editing (Premiere Pro/CapCut) a plus
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms, Meta Business Suite, and basic SEO/analytics tools

About the Role

The Manager – Marketing & Outreach will be responsible for driving GREMI’s outreach, brand visibility, and lead generation initiatives. The role combines strategic marketing, institutional outreach, partnership development, and campaign execution to strengthen GREMI’s positioning in the higher education and built-environment ecosystem.

The incumbent will work closely with admissions, academics, industry partners, and external agencies to build awareness, generate quality leads, enhance engagement, and support institutional growth objectives. The role requires a dynamic professional with expertise in marketing, outreach strategy, campaign management, partnerships, and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Outreach & Institutional Engagement
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to strengthen GREMI’s visibility among students, corporates, industry bodies, and academic institutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, industry associations, and strategic partners.
  • Coordinate institutional visits, presentations, networking engagements, and outreach initiatives.

Hands-on experience in digital campaigns, outreach initiatives, social media management, and stakeholder coordination is essential.

The Senior Academic Advisor at Gremi will play a pivotal role in driving student enrolment, managing prospective student engagement, and strengthening the university’s admissions pipeline. The role requires a highly structured, target-oriented professional with strong counselling skills, CRM proficiency, and experience in education sales and outreach operations.

The incumbent will represent the university at the front line of student interaction — ensuring seamless conversion from enquiry to admission while upholding institutional standards and brand credibility.

 

Responsibilities

  • Student Counselling & Conversions
    • Conduct telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face counselling sessions with prospective students and parents.
    • Provide detailed guidance on academic programs, especially real estate and built-environment focused courses.
