Mr. Vikas Tarachandani is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee and the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA), with over 15 years of experience in the Indian real estate industry across investments, growth strategy, valuation, development planning, and design-led real estate development.
He has worked with leading real estate organisations, including DLF, Godrej Properties, and Unitech, where he has contributed to the strategic planning and development of large-scale residential and mixed-use projects across high-growth markets in India.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Tarachandani has developed extensive expertise across the entire real estate development lifecycle, encompassing land assessment, market research, product positioning, feasibility analysis, investment strategy, development economics, sales strategy, and asset value optimisation. With a strong understanding of the sector from both institutional investor and private equity perspectives, he brings valuable insights into valuation frameworks, capital efficiency, absorption dynamics, margin enhancement, and long-term value creation in real estate assets.
Mr. Tarachandani is recognised for combining analytical rigour with a practical understanding of market behaviour and development strategy to drive business growth and enhance project profitability. His professional experience spans residential market strategy, project feasibility, investment analysis, development management, product strategy, and innovation within the built environment. Having worked extensively across business, finance, design, sales, and leadership functions, he brings a multidisciplinary perspective to real estate development and asset creation.

Mr. Tarachandani holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
