Mr. Getamber Anand is the Chairman and Managing Director of ATS Infrastructure Ltd., one of India’s leading real estate development companies. A first-generation entrepreneur, he has led ATS with a clear vision and unwavering commitment to quality, transforming it into one of the country’s most respected real estate brands. Over a distinguished career spanning more than two decades, he has championed transparency, customer-centricity, and the adoption of international standards and best practices across the real estate sector.

Widely recognised as an industry leader by developers, investors, homebuyers, and other stakeholders, Mr. Anand is known for his strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and ethical business practices. His deep understanding of the market, combined with his expertise in construction and strategic leadership, has established him as one of the most influential figures in India’s real estate industry.

Mr. Anand currently serves as Co-Chair of the Real Estate Sectoral Committee at the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI). He served as President of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) from 2015 to 2017 and subsequently completed his tenure as Chairman in 2019. During his leadership, he represented more than 11,500 private real estate developers through 22 state chapters and 153 city chapters, playing a pivotal role in advancing the interests of the sector at the national level.

In 2015, Mr. Anand sponsored a Chair of Excellence in the Housing and Infrastructure sector and was invited as a guest speaker at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA), where he shared his perspectives on leadership and the growth of ATS. He holds a degree in Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh.
