Mr. Irfan Razack is the Chairman and Managing Director of Prestige Group, one of India’s leading real estate development companies. With over four decades of experience, he is widely recognised as one of the country’s foremost real estate leaders, having transformed Prestige Group into a diversified real estate enterprise with a strong presence across residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.
In 1986, Mr. Razack, together with his two brothers, established Prestige Estates Projects Ltd., expanding the family’s retail business into real estate development. Under his leadership, the Group has delivered landmark developments across Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, the National Capital Region (NCR), Kochi, Goa, and Mumbai, earning a reputation for quality, innovation, and customer-centric development.
