Dr. Krishna Mehta holds a PhD in Law with a specialisation in Intellectual Property Rights from Gujarat University. She brings nearly two decades of experience in legal consultancy and academia.
Dr. Mehta is currently an Adjunct Professor at Ahmedabad University and Adani University, where she teaches courses including the Indian Legal System, Infrastructure Law and Regulations, Legal Aspects of Contract Management, Intellectual Property Rights, Civil and Property Laws, and the Constitution of India.
She has successfully conducted five batches of the Management Development Programme on Legal Aspects of Contract Management for working professionals from a leading corporate group. She has also authored a book chapter titled Teaching Intellectual Property Laws through the Lens of an Interdisciplinary Approach.
Dr. Mehta holds the WIPO–Harvard PatentX Certificate and is a certified Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) trainer. She serves as an External Member on the Internal Committees of several organisations. Since 2025, she has also been empanelled as a SHEBox Trainer by the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India. She has conducted numerous PoSH awareness programmes for university students and employees across corporate and government organisations.
In 2012, Dr. Mehta was selected as a Chief Minister’s Fellow under the leadership of Shri Narendra Modi. Beyond her academic and professional pursuits, she is passionate about photography and creative writing and authors the blog Connecting Souls.
