Ganesh Real Estate Management Institute (GREMI), Gujarat’s first AICTE-approved institution dedicated exclusively to real estate education, has launched its City Campus at Million Minds Tech City, Ahmedabad. Backed by a ₹500 crore investment, the institute will welcome its founding batch of approximately 70 students in August 2026.
GREMI has also unveiled plans for a 100-acre standalone university campus set to accommodate over 2,000 students, offering postgraduate and professional programmes across real estate development and finance, urban planning, construction technology, sustainability, smart cities, and real estate law. An application for deemed university status has been submitted to the University Grants Commission.
The inauguration was done by Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah in the esteemed presence of Gujarat’s Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel and Deputy Chief Minister Shri Harsh Sanghvi, reflecting strong governmental support for industry-linked education in India’s rapidly urbanising real estate sector. GREMI’s flagship Postgraduate Certificate in Management (PGCM) in Real Estate anchors its academic offerings.
