Mr. Satish Magar is a distinguished leader in India’s real estate and township development sector, serving as Chairman and Managing Director of Magarpatta Township Development & Construction Company Ltd., the visionary organisation behind Magarpatta City, the pioneering integrated township in Pune, and the landmark Nanded City development.

With more than three decades of experience in real estate, urban development, and corporate leadership, Mr. Magar has played a transformative role in shaping inclusive and sustainable urban communities through innovative land-pooling and community-centric development models. Under his leadership, Magarpatta City transformed more than 400 acres of agricultural land into one of India’s most successful privately developed townships, where the original landowners became shareholders in the project, creating long-term value for both the community and other stakeholders.
