Mr. Shridhar Sethuram is a seasoned investment professional, business leader, and educator with over 30 years of experience across private equity, real estate, public equities, venture finance, and business operations. He is the Managing Director and Partner at Suyash Advisors, where he has helped manage assets exceeding USD 1.5 billion across multiple asset classes and has supported entrepreneurs through board-level, strategic, and operational engagement.

An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA), Mr. Sethuram has held senior leadership positions at Actis, ICICI Bank, Accenture, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Datamatics Financial Services, and CashTech Solutions. Throughout his career, he has led and managed majority-stake private equity investments exceeding USD 750 million, contributing to the growth and transformation of organisations across sectors including healthcare, retail, manufacturing, infrastructure, financial services, and technology.

Beyond his investment career, Mr. Sethuram serves as a visiting faculty member at leading institutions, including the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and Ashoka University. He teaches courses in investments, entrepreneurship, strategy, and impact investing. He has also co-authored more than nine business case studies published through the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, the Indian School of Business (ISB), and Harvard Business School.

Mr. Sethuram is also a Partner and Co-founder of Ujwal Impact Advisors, a pro bono collective that supports social entrepreneurs and impact-driven organisations. An Associate Certified Coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), he has mentored entrepreneurs, professionals, and changemakers through his work as a leadership coach and strategic adviser.
