Mr. Manoj Gaur is the Chairman and Managing Director of Gaurs Group, one of North India’s leading real estate development companies. Widely recognised as a visionary leader in the Indian real estate sector, he has guided the Group’s remarkable growth through a steadfast commitment to quality, timely project delivery, customer trust, and sustainable development.

Over the past three decades, Mr. Gaur has led the successful delivery of more than 80 residential and commercial developments, including three large integrated townships across North India. A strong advocate of the Government of India’s Housing for All mission, he has played a significant role in expanding access to affordable housing. Between 2014 and 2023, Gaurs Group delivered more than 50,000 homes, reinforcing its reputation as one of the country’s most trusted developers. Under his leadership, the Group has also successfully expanded into the luxury housing segment, with its recent premium residential developments receiving an exceptional market response.

Beyond real estate, Mr. Gaur has diversified the Group’s interests into education, retail, hospitality, sports, infrastructure, media, and renewable energy. Demonstrating a strong commitment to sustainability, Gaurs Group commissioned a 15 MW solar power plant in Mahoba, Uttar Pradesh, reflecting his vision of integrating environmentally responsible practices into business growth.

Mr. Gaur has held several prominent leadership positions within the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI). He has served as President of CREDAI Western Uttar Pradesh (2012–2015), President of CREDAI NCR (2015–2017 and 2023–2025), Vice President of CREDAI National (2017–2019), Chairman of the Affordable Housing Committee, CREDAI National (2019–2021), Vice President – North, CREDAI National (2021–2023), and Chairman of CREDAI National (2023–2025). Through these leadership roles, he has contributed significantly to industry advocacy and policy development.

Mr. Gaur has also played an active role in the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI), serving as Chairman of the Uttar Pradesh Chapter in 2020 and Chair of the Housing and Urban Development Committee, Uttar Pradesh Chapter, in 2021.
