Dr. Elisa Chan is an Assistant Professor in the School of Hotel and Tourism Management at the CUHK Business School, The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), and serves as Associate Director of the Centre for Hospitality and Real Estate Research. Her teaching spans hospitality and real estate marketing across undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral programmes.
Dr. Chan has also designed and delivered executive education programmes for leading international organisations, including Nespresso (Switzerland), Beijing Tourism Group (China), and Terme e Grandi Alberghi Sirmione (Italy).
In addition, she has collaborated on a range of research and capstone projects with prominent organisations, including Moncierge (United States), Statler Hotel (United States), STR Global (United States), HSMAI (United States), Caran d’Ache (Switzerland), Royal Savoy Hotels (Switzerland), Hilton Worldwide (United Kingdom), and SHARC Energy Systems (Canada). Her research and consulting work focuses on customer experience management, technology integration, digital marketing, and sustainability within the hospitality and real estate sectors.
