Ganesh Real Estate Management Institute (GREMI) has received approval from the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), becoming Gujarat’s first AICTE-approved institute dedicated exclusively to real estate education. The institute, supported by Ganesh Housing Corporation Limited, will begin its first academic batch in August 2026.
GREMI has been established to create a structured and industry-focused education ecosystem for India’s real estate and built environment sector. The institute aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and the growing demand for skilled professionals in urban development, real estate management, finance, planning, governance, and technology.
The institute will initially operate from the GREMI City Campus at Million Minds Tech City and will launch its flagship Postgraduate Certificate in Management (PGCM) in Real Estate with a founding cohort of around 70 students.
GREMI is an initiative associated with Mahamati Skill and Education Foundation (MSEF), a not-for-profit organisation focused on education and skill development. The institute also plans to establish a 100-acre integrated teaching, research, and residential campus in Ahmedabad.
The initiative is envisioned to strengthen India’s real estate education landscape by promoting industry-ready talent, research, innovation, and responsible leadership in urban development.
