Key Responsibilities 

  • Teach courses on Real Estate Market Analysis, Market Research Methods, Real Estate Marketing & Branding, and Product Concept Development. Familiarity with Sales Strategy, Digital Marketing, and Consumer Behavior in real estate is an added advantage. 
  • Develop curriculum, live projects, and case studies based on current real estate market trends and marketing practices. 
  • Guide student projects on market feasibility studies, marketing plans, and go-to-market strategies for real estate products.

Educational Qualifications 

  • Master’s degree in relevant discipline from institutions of repute. 
  • Assistant Professor: Ph.D. in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Housing, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred; candidates in the final stages of their Ph.D. may also be considered. 
  • Associate Professor: Ph.D. in the areas mentioned above, plus 3–5 years of experience with good research portfolio serving as an assistant professor. 
  • Full Professor: Applicants with academic and research profile commensurate to these shall be considered, as per the recommendation of the selection committee. 

Experience Required 

  • Minimum 3–5 years of teaching, research, or industry experience in real estate marketing, sales, market research, or brand management. 
  • Prior experience in real estate appraisal, development, marketing, market research, or consulting roles is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop curriculum, case studies, and teaching material on evolving real estate regulations and policy frameworks.

Educational Qualifications 

  • Master’s qualification from an institute of repute in a cognate area.

  • Associate Professor: Doctorate in the areas mentioned above, plus 3–5 years of experience serving as an assistant professor. 
  • NET/SLET/SET or equivalent qualification as applicable under AICTE/UGC norms.

The role is central to ensuring strong placement outcomes for students, driving employer engagement, and positioning GREMI as the preferred academic partner for the real estate industry’s talent needs.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Relations & Employer Engagement

  • Identify, approach, and onboard real estate developers, construction firms, consultancies, broking houses, PropTech companies, and allied organisations as recruitment and internship partners.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR heads, talent acquisition teams, and business leaders across partner organisations.
  • Organise campus engagement activities such as guest lectures, industry visits, live projects, and corporate presentations to strengthen industry-academia linkages.

Placement & Internship Management

We are looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Design & Digital Media Executive to manage GREMI’s visual identity and online presence. This is a dual-charter role combining hands-on design work with digital marketing execution — ideal for someone who can conceptualize a creative and also drive its performance across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

  • Design marketing collaterals including brochures, posters, banners, admission campaign creatives, social media posts, and event materials
